This company is terrible, ridiculously over priced and more a scam than a legitimate plumber, in my opinion. I called for an estimate on a simple leak (hole) in an exposed pipe. Of three companies called, Terry?s made a bid 3 to 4 times more expensive than the others. They also claimed an entire section of house plumbing needed to removed and installed new. Terry?s also quotes in fixed prices. So while the prices are set, you as a consumer have no way of knowing how much of that price is for labor, materials, mark up, etc. Our simple leaks was fixed by an old fashioned, honest plumber for about 1/3 of what Terry quoted
