Extremely poor customer service and they stole parts 10/6/2009

They installed a fireplace for one of our clients and we discovered that they made an installaiton mistake. We asked them to come fix it and they arrived, demanded $ 300 to fix their problem and when our staff was calling to office to resolve, they disconnected and stole the ognition and left. Client will be filing charges. Our firm will never do business with such an outfit again and we are shamed to have had them on one of our sites Pros: None Cons: Dishonest more
