A to Z Method is an amazing workout....I could go on and on about the Method and I may at a later time. But right now I have to rage about A to Z Massage. Jocelyn of A to Z Massage (under the A to Z Method umbrella) is seriously talented! I fell and had to deal with some pretty tough back spasms weeks later. She worked her magic and when I was through, my muscles were relaxed, my back was no longer contorted, I was pain free and she managed to make it realxing and enjoyable. She is so intuitive with the body. Truly lucky to have her here in Newburyport!
Pros: the method is trendy, boutique-like, hard-core workout, for all levels...massages are best ever
