Their customer service is just a few notches up from a fast food chain. Their staff is inhospitable and cold, preferring to be efficient than to be friendly. I expect a small business to have good customer service, that's not the case for this one, hence the rating. With so many cute designs for cupcakes, this bakery opts for a simple presentation. The presentation isn't intricate or creative. As far as the cupcake flavor, it is average. The Victorian decor is the only thing I really like about Sugarbaby Cupcake Boutique.
