From start to finish, Desert Volkswagen was appallingly bad. Misquoted us and then didn't install the timing belt right and then kept trying to upsell us to the next service; then were shocked we complained. I could go on, but poor customer care, poor skills and bad attitude make Desert Volkswagen one of the worst places in the Valley for service.
