This review is in response to keywest09: This is a out of state relative of the bride. She wasn't present or included for any of our meetings or tastings with the bride and her parents. This out of state relative was not aware of the contract agreements that were in order and signed by the bride. As for the rehersal dinner, our staff arrived on time and set up the buffet before any guests arrived back from the church rehersal and we stayed and waited to talk to the bride before leaving. The bride arranged for reflections dinnerware and she also wanted her rehersal set up as a drop-off. She did this to cut costs and said she had enough family and friends to help with clean up. Why this relative thinks she knows the quality of our meats is beyond me. Anchors Aweigh Catering only uses the highest quality meats. I guess everyone is entitled to their own option even if they don't know the facts.
