My experience with them started out fine. I was impressed with their level of service and willingness to do a great job. That is, until I had paid them. They returned one of our furniture pieces to the store by mistake and now are unwilling to take responsibility for the loss. We paid them to assist us in furnishing a vacation home. They failed to deliver on the promise that they made and now, rather than taking responsibility for their error, they are claiming that they delivered all they were paid to. Brian, the owner, has yelled at us and hung up on us rather than try to come to any agreement. Elizabeth has changed her story numerous times blaming the furniture company, her office manager and us, regardless of whether those she blames have any connection to the issue. I can't decide if they are lying, insane or both. I do know that they messed up and will not own up to it or work with us to resolve the issue even though we have done our best to work with them.
Cons: Lack of reponsibility, ethics, honesty and ability to do the job
