When we called, we were told that it was the Vet's first day. When we questioned them about whether there might have been a mistake in what was in the shots they gave him, they took no responsibility and wouldn't even consider that a mistake may have been made. \r

To add insult to injury, they wanted my mother to pay full price and balked when I suggested they reimburse her given the circumstances. If you care about your animals, steer clear of PAWS Inn.
