My boxer had a seizure about 3 am one night. Called them the next day to make an appointment. I did not have the money and a friend was kind enough to loan me her visa until the next week so i could pay her back. When we were making the appointment we asked did they need verification that it was ok to use her credit card and they said ""no that it was ok, to bring him in."" I got there, they weighted him and stuck a thermometer up his butt, then said ""by the way we need verification to use the credit card."" A little freaking late, my friend had the Alzheimer patient we take care of and forgot her phone. So we had to leave. Also they did not know that if a dog has a seizure his bloodwork needs to be taken within 12 hours to find a problem. Do they know what they are doing? I believe they just want the money. They better not send me a bill my lawyer will have a field day. I will never go there. took the time to drive to Folly Road, that guy is the best in Charleston County.
Cons: I dont believe they know antthing about dogs
