Went there with severe toothache. They were very good at fitting me in. But thats where the positivity ends. Told I needed 2 root canals, which I somewhat expected. Problem comes in pricing. I was told I would need to pay $1700 up front to start procedures. Well I do not have that laying around so asked to set up payment plan. Nope, must open a credit line with a bank. Turns out, they do not bill your secondary insurance if you have one. \r

Doctor Makitka was not very personable either. Was telling me he would not have time and just too busy to do it any way. Asked for pain management and he said if i wasnt going to take treatment he would not help.\r

Thankfully, Office Manager was able to talk to him in private and get me a prescription.\r

Next day called around and found another dentist. Got the exact same procedures done for under $100 out of pocket. \r

Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion and estimate elsewhere. I guess they believe the Monarch brand is all
more
