I called and inquired about a product. I wasn't told about the Saturday hours. Long story short, after driving 30 miles for one item, we arrived a few minutes after the 1:00 closing. We were refused admittance, even though there was a demo going on and our transaction would have taken five minutes, maximum. I understand that they were closed, but in today's business environment it's hard to imagine that they can afford to turn customers away. A little leniency would have been appreciated. Not a good first impression. If it were possible to give no stars, I would have.
