The doctors are friendly and incompetent. Do not let them perform surgery on your pet! Go to a clinic that knows what they are doing and it's not this one. If there are any complications due to their surgery, run, do not walk to another expert vet who can undue their horrible mistakes before your beloved pet is dead. If something doesn't seem right, trust your gut, do not trust these doctors. Again run as fast as you can with your pet and get qualified help.
