I've had so much unsatisfactory service with my VW and the repairs here. I really would rather drive to Ft. Walton Beach or Mobile than get my car serviced here.\r

Example: once I took it in for ONE lightbulb that was out, and they changed every lightbulb on the car (without my approval) and expected me to pay for it.
