I am receiving monthly flowers as a gift. I complained about an arrangement I received to the sender. I did not feel it was up to the standards for what they charge. Penny's called and was extremely rude to me. They insisted it was a good arrangement. I would never recommend this florist, not because I didn't care for the last arrangement I received but because they do not know how to handle a complaint.
