We have used Concord Heating & air two times now.\r
Once when our a/c went out. We needed it fixed that day because the inlaws were arriving the next day. The service rep they sent out was so polite, always said yes ma'm and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. \r
We called again when our heating element burned out and had the exact same experience.\r
Very fast, very polite, got us same day service.\r
They are expensive. Our bills from them run between $200 and $400 on parts that cost about $50 to $100 if you were to buy them yourself.
