This is a busy office and the small staff is fast turning over the large volume of in-coming clients . \r
The first time I went in there (several years ago) they referred Jerry Zales for headshots too but it was a choice, not a prerequisite. Since then, I have gotten plenty of primetime and background work through them, as well as a couple of auditions from which I landed some commercials and my first principal role on a TV show. They have remembered me over the years every time I call and are genuinely nice.\r
Just get over the brusque phone manner and you can get work. I didn't consider this rude, just in a mad rush to keep moving forward. No nonsense. Not a bad place to start.
Pros: you get work
Cons: busy office
