Watch out when talking with this Sibcy office. They lock you into a 1 year contract and hold you hostage. They will not cancel contracts if you are unhappy with their service or agents. You are stuck and cannot go anywhere else. Tell your friends to BEWARE. I will never use them again and recommend you use another listing agency.
