I was thrilled with my carpet cleaning - as Miguel said, he even surprised himself with what he was able to get out. I think miracles occurred in my home!! We have two big dogs so we have a lot of mud and other unmentionables - but almost every stain came out. The customer service was excellent - I could not have been happier with the result.
