I have been a member now for three months and I can't thank the staff and product line enough for the amazing transformation I have experienced. The weightloss/detox regime really ""jump started"" my transformation and the vibration exercisers (similar to the Power Plate, only better) have taken my weight loss and muscle definition to a whole new level. After training for six months before my last Marathon, I didn't see the muscle definition in my legs that I now see using the vibration plate. I have cancelled my gym membership at LA Fitness (it seems ridiculous to go there after seeing these amazing results in such a short time on the vibration machine at FBE Spa). \r
