After nearly a 4 year Court Battle I was awarded over $50,000 to cover wages and Attorney Fees. The Jury awarded me over $15,000. A1 Mortgage never filed an appeal so a Judgment was filed against Maria Makozy & A1 Mortgage. The award was for wages that A1 was to pay me but instead of paying me they witheld the money from my paycheck. I filed the Case and won. Now A1 Mortgage and Maria Makozy refuse to pay me. The Butler County Court of Common Pleas heard the case in the spring of 2008 and as of 1/28/2009 I have yet to recover a dime.
