My wife and I enjoy going to Panera Bread to get a coffee and bagel. Unfortunately, however, often a particular flavor of coffee is empty, and the staff is not on top of having a fresh batch ready to put out. Also, the organization of the lines is not good. They should have a number system in place. Some easy changes would make this a ""5"".
