New Eastern Cab is the best cab service in Baltimore County. We have some dispatchers who need to learn how to treat customers but in their defense its not easy to answer 300 phone calls and talk to 25 drivers all at the same time. We have professional drivers who for the most part are very courteous and will help anybody at anytime do anything. People call the office wanting a cab and then call back 5 minutes later wondering where the cab is and the only place they want to go is to the bar or right across the street. Meanwhile we are trying to get someone to their job. We drive cars we dont fly helicopters. The very same person who wrote the comment below is probably one who would make us wait 10 minutes for them to come out and get into the cab which inturn makes the next person have to wait that much longer for their cab. And please whoever you are that wrote the comment about the rates. If you dont know what the starting rate is to get in a taxi cab then you need to call Yellow Cab and see how well that works out for you.
