I have a brand new BMW 550i in jet black (see Innovative's gallery for the before and after). I had it detailed and washed by some local places and started to notice some serious swirl marks and scratches. Needless to say I was pretty ticked off since it was a new car that looked old and abused. I thought it was permanently damaged and decided to call some independents. I called about 8 local guys in all with various prices and treatments to remove the swirls and scratches.
