I ordered a product with a certain company than offered free shipping of the item. When I called to schedule a delivery, I was told that the drivers for Winwell Distribution would only be 'in my area' on Monday or Wednesday. I told them I would call back to possible schedule a time to pick the item up myself. When I called back only 5 minutes later, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Ultimately, I cancelled my order with the company due to the hassle in trying to receive it at my home. Alot of delivery companies can only narrow the delivery down to 4 hours. This company could only narrow it down to 2 days. I'll never use their service whether it's free or I pay for it.
