My HOA uses this company, but if it was up to me, I would not. A leak in my condo's wall was poorly repaired last winter, only to come up again this year, damaging carpet, drywall and baseboards. After calling through the last 2 weeks, they still have not even sent anybody to look at the problem.\r

They bill me without sending bills or receipts, which I have requested and been promised multiple times. Every time my requests are ignored.\r

I'm currently trying to address electrical problems and have received nothing but resistance from the property manager in getting things fixed.
Cons: Poor service, unorganized billing, and poor response to problems
