What the heck happened? What a horrible experience. I went with a group from work for lunch and I had the worst chicken parm sandwich I have ever had. How can you mess that up? I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce. When I was served my ""sandwich"" the waiter said ""chicken parm with extra cheese and extra sauce."" I lifted up a piece of bread and there were two lame splotches of sauce. Come on... The chicken was thin and dry too. Not a pleasant experience at all. Same for my co-worker, she had the veal parm sub and was not happy with it either. The rolls at our table were also stale. Very disappointing. We decided that we will never go back there. Sorry Twin Oaks - but I've had better, a lot better!
