My husband reserved a space for 20 of our closest friends for my birthday party. He was told we would be seated in a private room at three round tables at 8pm. Our group wasn't seated until 8:45 at one long table in the middle of the restaurant. We couldn't hear any of the conversation that went on the whole night. Our food took over an hour to arrive and one of our guests got his dinner half an hour after everyone else. When the bill came we were told that we could not split it up on more than five credit cards otherwise their system would ""crash."" The worst part of all my husband's hamburger was undercooked and it was so dark in there he couldnt tell until he was 3/4 of the way through. He was sick all night long!!!
Cons: food undercooked, no reserved space, difficult for large parties
