--My knowledge about cars and car repair is probably above average as is my attention to such details, and I had an excellent experience at C&C (Ralph). My Honda Pilot had some ""good"" damage to hood and fender and other external body parts. They did a great job, replacing what needed to be replaced and repairing the rest, including perfect color matching, curving, etc. When I had comments/questions - they listened and addressed them right away in a friendly way without giving me the feeling that I am a pain or an idiot... \r
--Ralph told me to return with any question or related problem, if I had any, and he will address them under warranty. When I returned few months later with something that was not necessarily related - they simply took it and fixed it at no charge without even questioning. I was impressed by their pleasant approach, attention to customer needs and by their accurate time estimates. \r
--Speaking of customer focus, in case you need to wait there (which I did the second time around for ~10-15 minutes), they have a clean and quiet waiting room with coffee, sweets computers, internet, etc.. If that is not enough for you - good food, coffee-shops, book stores and more are plenty right around the corner.
