There has been a lot of disappointment in Solera as of late. I agree that it is not smart to judge an eatery/bar on one experience. NYE was a massive disaster. It is also smart to read reviews spanning back 6 to 9 months. This industry is famous for heavy employee/management turnover, so 6 to 9 months is an excellent gauge. There doesn't appear to be 'braggingly' happy customers recently. This technique in judging a potential place hasn't faild me yet.
