I started going to Imagix because they were close to my job and I could make appts. during lunch. I found the service to be state-of-the-art, fast and friendly. I did experience one incident where my flexible benefits card wouldn't work and rather than let me see the doctor, they told me I had to be rescheduled. I was outraged and decided not to go back. However, once the doctor and supervisor found out about the incident, they were very persistent in their apologies and showed great care in convincing me they wanted me to remain a patient.
