Early Spring last year I recommended Derek to a couple of my neighbors not because he asked, but simply put ""Great Service!"" and not only did he take good care of them, but I got notified of his ongoing pest company referral reward promotion I wasn't aware of at the time. I got a choice of discounts off my next service or gift cards. I was so pleased with the thoughtfullness of how this company shows their appreciation. Regardless, I'm basing my future recommendations on their results they provide but I'm not complaining about the extras.
