I have used Coleman since 1989. I have bought five mattresses over the years. The first one I bought, had some of the threads coming loose after six years. I had lost the receipt, but they came to my house and picked up the mattress, (since they make them, they recognize their own), fixed the thread and returned it the very same day. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have the same company that you buy from also be the company that makes them.
