I've been to this particular Ruth's Chris thrice. The first, the food was too salty and the service was decent. The second was during Restaurant week, the food was delicious and well worth the price. The service was excellent and the server was just as delicious as the food (asian with a British accent. Yum!). The third was the day after Thanksgiving. The food was pretty bad, it was even said that Black Angus had better steaks! The service was mediocre at best. I'm just glad I got free gift cards from my rewards program this last time! Definitely try the Irvine Ruth's Chris. Their quality is consistent and it is what my friends and I use as the bar for all steakhouses. On a good day, the lobster bisque is divine, filet mignon is tender and juicy, bread is delicious when hot and the bread pudding and creme brulee are one of the best.
Cons: Inconsistent quality
