The calzone is fantastic, the pizza is good and the beer on tap is always good. But the service... why is it so bad? I mean this is really an open letter to the owner of this place. I live 4 blocks away and have been in at least 10 times and the services is just unbelievably bad... i mean its never good... The staff is not mean, they are just aloof, rude, or more interested in talking to there friends (offend a problem) . It once took 20 minutes for the employee to come over and take our drink order... And we really wished she would have taken our food order as well because it took another 20 minutes for her to pour our two beers... To boot there were perhaps 5 other people in the restaurant (dead honest, i'm not making up those numbers). Please do something to fix your staff issues or hire people who have a clue about customer service. I would love to come to your establishment, but as it stands my friends all ways say ""lets just order from sparky's its not as good bue at least we can eat today"". Please, Please, Please work on your services, you could be getting so much more business. I have talked to 3 of my neighbors who have had the same experience. I mean its a nice business... perhaps improve the service and put up a sign saying ""now offering customer service!"" then i know i can return.
