Austin steam train will rip you off. We were told our cabins would be heated. We went on the New Years Eve Flyer, the entire night we were chilled to the bone in our seats that cost us $85 dollars per person. Next, the fare included as much beer and wine during the night as we like. We were not told that the beer they served us was going to be extremely WARM. No surprise, they purchased the cheapest wine they could find and dispensed the wine in tiny little clear plastic cups that measured out less than one cup per little glass. Imagine being stuck for 3 hours on a train filled with people; going through turbulence; freezing; and trying to walk from the back of the train, in and out of the cabooses to the middle for a really small tiny cup of cheap warm wine. Then encourage yourself to do this 10 more times to maybe make 2 glasses of wine you would have had at home.
Pros: great place to take your mother-in-law
Cons: everything about the entire show
