Just a few nights ago I passed by on my way home to get some Pad Thai and the place is closed! I don't even know when they closed and it's in my neighborhood. So many places are either losing leases and/or not renewing them or leaving just because the rents are too high. It's a shame, the service and food was really good. I suppose I will try the Times Square Ruby Foo's when and if I am in that neighborhood. New York in general is not what it used to be and for a native New Yorker/Manhattanite like me, that is an even bigger shame. For all the ""cleaning up"" 'of neighborhoods and other ""improvements"", this city has sadly lost its unique and quirky nuances and flavors.
