This is the worst transmission shop on earth. They are full of lies. I took my truck into them in august of 2008 with a differential problem and carrier bearing problem. They called me back a day later with an estimate of almost 1200.00 to rebuild the differential and replace the carrier bearing. I told them i do not have that kind of money, and they told me DON'T WORRY we have a payment plan. I put down the last $300 that i had and they told me that i could pick up the truck when it was finished and finish making the payments as agreed. So I picked up the truck two weeks later and they told me i had to pay the balance in full. i had to come up with the balance and i took the truck home. when i got it home i found that they forgot to put in several bolts in the rear end. so i took it back and Chris the manager wasso terrible to deal with at this point. Finally 5 months down the road, my carrier bearing went out again. Chris told me to bring it in again for warranty work. He told me i had to pay for the tow, wich really the shop should be paying for it considering they messed up. Also i have to say Chris never returned any of my phone calls and when i asked him about the progress on the truck a week later he told me that it is in the shop and that they are working on it. That is one BIG lie because i was calling from across the street looking at my truck and it has not moved an inch from the day i braught it to them.
