The officers in the Crime Prevention dept at Richardson PD kind of discreetly gave us their name. They really arent supposed to do that he said but Smith Thompson is who most of them use in their own homes and seem to really like them. I did some research and found out they really are a pretty good deal with the no contract deal and no fun and games with the prices. I don't like surprises! Conversion from ADT was easy and I like this company.
