Their month to month contract is a nice break from the usual BS you have to deal with not to mention those blasted 'auto renewals' where they automatically renew your contract without you even knowing it!! SmithThompson switched me to their wireless cellular thing for monitoring and i'm dumping the land line. I will definitely use them again when (if ) I ever sell my house. Tyson was nice too, the guy that helped me, no hassles.
