I have to say that I am sadly dissapointed on the outcome of this facility. First off, the Logo says ""Schools of Quality Learning"". This may ring true for some chains but not for this particular one. Though few teachers may be fully educated in the feild of child education, most at this center are not. I have found in my experience that the managment is soley concerned about image and not what is really important, teaching children the basic tools they will need to be well prepared for elementary. Yes, it is true that they have a standard curriculum that they are ""SUPPOSED"" to follow but I can assure you most of the time it is not. When I tried to bring this to the attention of managment I was basically shut down. I feel like we as teachers are meant to be seen and not heard at this facility. The management treats the staff like dogs unworthy of any respect. I can recall one incident where I was trying to talk to a parent and a member of management called me on the phone and started telling me how to act and what to say to this parent. ""Make it short and sweet and make sure you make them feel like their child is the only one that matters."" This is what was told to me. I started to feel as though I could not be myself around the parents and that I had to lie and fake to make them think things were so great. That was not the case at all. It was chaos. Most rooms the curriculum is not being implemented but we were expected to lie and tell the parents how great their child is doing when in actuallity it is just simply ""a daycare"". Not a ""School of Quality Learning."" I feel very saddened by the way managment made irrational decisions and watched while we lost some of the best teachers that daycare had. Their is no strive for excellence here. It is simply all about image and nothing more. I would not want my child to attend this facility based on what I have witnessed. This is not slander or any way said in hate. It is simply the truth!
