I purchased a isensor camcorder that had bad color balance. When I went in the next day to get an exchange the owner (I think) gave me an out of date Vivitar camcorder that wasn't an equivalent exchange. I was visiting the city and the camera did basically what I wanted, but after getting home, I realize that nobody sells the camera that I bought, and more current models of vivitar cameras are half of what I paid.
