Galmiche would not honor warranty. Owner would not respond to letters or calls. Service manager booked an appointment and then did not show up. I called and the secretary hung up on me. Galmiche sent letter saying they would not honor warranty, even though I sent documentation from recent Galmiche visit to prove product still under warranty. Galmiche improperly installed system and then would not correct its mistake. Service manager very dishonest. Terrible customer service.
