I just cancelled my membership with Cardio Express - my credit card was stolen (I did file a police report and tried to give it to them) and before I could tell them they tried to charge the card - I paid what I owed them and they WILL NOT waive the $20 service charge. They were more concerned with getting the service charge than keeping a paying customer. The rude girl that answered the phone was completely unhelpful and at this point even if they did waive it I wouldn't stay. Also most of the time the equipment is out of order and the locker rooms tend to be less than clean.
