These are all the words that can be used to describe Mr. Jim Hammoud. Its been two years and I have not received one single thing from him. I have contionously called him and visited the studio and he or his staff would make up reasons for not having my pictures and video. I WAS WARNED BUT DID NOT LISTEN PLZ FUTURE BRIDES LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT BOOK UR WEDDING WITH IMAGE 224! Jim is a lazy, insensitive liar that just books alot events even though he knows he is not responsible enough to follow through with his work. He constantly cancels photo shoots and never ever replies to his voicemails - and lately his voicemail has been full. He left all his unsatisfied customers unfinished work and went on vacation - his shop is closed, his business phone has a full voicemail box. This just goes to show what a irresponsible, insensitive, unprofessional business IMAGE 224 is.
Pros: Nice photography- but what does that matter when u never get to see the finished product?
