I have worked in the retail clothing business for 12 years. I have NEVER witnessed such rude behavior by employees as I have at this store. I witnessed an employee speaking to a shopper in the most disrespectful, condescending manner I've EVER witnessed in my years in the business. I immediately walked out with my friend in utter disbelief. To the owner: You must consider all postings here and realize you have a problem with your staff!?! Instead of writing about the quality of your consigned clothing, you should take a closer look at customer service. When consumers are given poor customer service it trumps the quality and price of your clothing. Many customer service training classes are offered and I appeal to you to look into this option. Another option is to get new staff. By the postings alone, your business has likely suffered. Apparently, there is also a problem with adequate payment for goods sold by consignors. This is another reputation your store has in the business community. I love Austin and want local businesses to succeed so I hope you will take necessary measures to better your reputation.
