I have been going to this place at least once a week since they opened several years ago. The food is special, you will find dishes you just cannot get anywhere else. The quality is high and consistent. The service is simliar to when you are asked to come to a relatives house for dinner. They really make you feel at home. Try the margaritas, they are very special, The Big burrito is pretty awesome, I actually ate one, I think it weighs over 5 lbs! The chile rellanos, chicken enchiladas, pork in green sauce, chicken with cactus, Garlic shrimp, Steak alteno, are all very special dishes. The menu has so many creative dishes it will keep you coming back, like me :). I have a friend that travels pretty much weekly from Shawnee Mission just to eat here
