Same as all 1-star ratings above, don't trust this company. They ""slam"" you, steal your business by telling people they're a parter company of Verizon, so you trust them but they're a dead competitor stealing your business. Totally misleading. The bills are NOT lower than verizon, and they do LIE and tell you they handle verizon billing as a separate company, but you'll have lower than verizon rates. Not true. When you call to tell them you to complain that you've been switched w/out authorization, they tell you ""yes you did authorize"" and replay back the recording confirming your switch. What they don't acknowledge are the lies the sales rep told you to agree to the recording. Check with FCC, it's called 'slamming.' And yeah, if you tell them you don't want to pay the bill or want a reduction, they tell you they'll take you to collections. Whatever, scare tactics. Don't trust an unethical company that will LIE for your business. One can only imagine what else they might do.
Pros: Great liars if you are looking for one.
Cons: Rude rep when you call, on hold forever, unethical, slamming.
