I love studio 1831?s cozy, intimate atmosphere. The first class I attended was taught by Valerie Rushmere, a really experienced instructor. She emphasized correct alignment and how to transition safely from one pose to another. The classes were typically small so there was a lot of individual attention and the people there were very friendly and welcoming.
