I walked out of here before being seen by a doctor. I am new to town and didn't have my insurance card but had a print-out from the website that stated my insurance information, Group #, Subscriber ID, etc. The staff at the desk was rude and told me that I would need to be ""self-paid"" because they couldn't accept my insurance information without physically scanning my card. This is stupid, of course, and I offered them the number for my insurance provider; however, I was given a choice to either self-pay for my exam or not be seen. No discussion or compassion, and certainly no sense of customer service.
