When we were interviewing home builders a couple of years ago, we decided to go with Watermark Homes due to their reputation in the Bellaire area. Their construction cost were not the cheapest, but reasonable enough for us, considering that they are well know for taking care of their customers. We were not disappointed. Wish the construction could move a little faster, but at the end, we were very happy homeowners. Would definitely build again with Watermark.
